Information, not an offer

This site gives general information about rent to own homes. Nothing on it is an offer to rent or sell a particular home, a promise that a home will be available, or a promise that you will qualify for a mortgage.

Figures and the calculator

Prices on this site come from the sources named next to them and can change. The calculator shows an illustration only. It is not a quote, a payment offer or an approval.

Your agreement is in writing

Any rent to own arrangement is set out in its own written agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets the price, the payments and the terms. Read it in full before you sign, and have it reviewed by an attorney if you can.

Calls and texts
